HOW WE WORK
We work through a secure, real-time, online collaboration platform. Each project is assigned to a writer who is a specialist in that area. Clients are also assigned a Project Manager who works with them until they are pleased with the final product. All the work we produce is reviewed and approved by our Chief Editor. Clients may choose to consult with us via Telephone, Web Messenger or Web Video Conference using Gmail, Skype, Hotmail or any system of their choosing. Where possible, we meet with our clients in-person.
A note on privacy. This is something we take very seriously. We believe that since we are in the business of words - they must be our bond. Unless you say otherwise, only three people will ever see your work - the writer, the chief editor, and the project manager. All our writers are trained in matters of client confidentiality, and are legally bound by a confidentiality agreement. We take every measure to keep your information secure and private.
